PUTO (RICE CAKES)

all purpose flour, powdered milk, water, salt, oil, vanilla, sugar

* put everything in a bowl and mix it well using whisk or electric mixer.

   pour over greased mold, put a slice of cheese(optional) and steam for 15-20 mins..

* for pandan flavored rice cakes… use pandan water instead of plain water.

NO BAKE PEACH CAKE

graham crackers, cream, milk, sugar, canned fruits (grapes, pineapples, pears, peaches, cherries, etc.), graham crumbs and sliced peaches…

*whip the cream, milk and sugar… fold the fruits in the mixture.

  Pour a portion of the mixture over a pan lined with graham crackers..

  you can make several layers (but i prefer three(3) layers of graham and cream)

  then topped with peach slices and graham crumbs…

cream, condensed milk, sugar, fruit cocktail

PEACH VANILLA CAKE

chiffon cake

cake flour, vanilla, orange juice, orange zest, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, eggs, salt, sugar, oil

frosting

whipped cream, chopped peaches, pureed peaches, sugar, condensed milk

toppings

sliced peaches & lady fingers

COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKE

chiffon cake

cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, sugar, salt, chocolate flavor, powdered cocoa, oil, coffee, water, cream of tartar

frosting

whipped cream, sugar, melted dark & white chocolate

toppings

dark chocolate shavings, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chocolate syrup and lady fingers (broas)

*baked and decorated this cake for my friends last 2008..
